Automation Engineer
Are you passionate about designing and building the next generation of automation and robotics systems? We’re looking for an Automation Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation across projects from concept through commissioning.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead automation projects end-to-end — design, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Develop and integrate control systems (PLC, HMI, motion, robotics, vision).
- Troubleshoot and upgrade automated equipment to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on new products and process improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and support field teams with installations and training.
Mechanical Design Engineer
Are you ready to turn bold concepts into real-world solutions? We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to help create innovative automation and manufacturing systems that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Transform customer requirements into functional, manufacturable designs.
- Develop high-quality 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using SolidWorks.
- Lead and participate in design reviews with customers and internal teams.
- Create and maintain BOMs, manage design revisions, and support the entire project lifecycle.
- Integrate off-the-shelf and fabricated components into complete system designs.
- Support sales with concept generation, quoting, and presentations.
- Collaborate with assembly and test teams to ensure successful build and installation.
- Design products that contribute to i2i’s flexible automation portfolio and future innovation.
